WP 1 Project Management and Coordination

Coordinated by Lahti Science and Business Park, Finland

Objectives

1. To build up an effective project management structure and process; through which the project work and communication can easily be ensured.

2. To ensure networking and mutual benefit of SOWAEUMED and WASTEKIT projects.

3. To ensure that all the technical, auditing and financial activities are proceeding according to the project objectives and the Regions of Knowledge programme's financial, administrative and content-related requirements and guidelines. 

Description of work

The main task for WP1 is overall coordination and regular contacts with the consortium, the European Commission and the Wastecluster.
