Meals, travel & lodging

During both days of the forum a lunch buffet is served. The the lunches, coffe etc are all included in the delegate fee.

All delegates are welcome to the Forum Banquet which is held at Kalmar Castle on the evening of September 17. The banquet is not obligatory and it will cost additionally 600 SEK + VAT per delegat.

Make sure to state if you require a vegetarian diet, food allergies etc on the registration form.
